pop quiz: WHAT'S RARER THAN A BALDWIN MOTION CORVETTE? answer: read on ........

Ebay Description:

This car was built by MOTION Performance back in 1971 to be used as the tow car for Motions Minicar's H/Gas Thunderbug drag car. It was also used by Bill Mitchell himself as his street transportation between events. It still has its Original Psycadelic paint applied by Ultra Automotive. I have the original issue of High Perfomance CARS MAGAZINE where it graced the cover in January of 1972!!!!The paint has spidered all over but noneless its original and from what people tell me when I show it they love its patina and say it should never be repainted. Ive updated a few things over the 5 years that ive owned it and it is a running driving car thats lots of fun to drive and causes a comotion wherever it goes. Its VW powered and i dont know if theres any mods done to it but it runs fine. The lambo doors open and shut now that ive fixed the cables that open them. The only part missing is the rooftop canvas cover. I guess you can have that made. The body is an original meyers manx kit car with its original plate mounted on the firewall. Like i said I bought it out of florida years ago and it still has its original manx NY plate and 1979 NY inspection stickers on the windshield. The rims are original as are the L60 Polyglas rear tires. I Have one of the original A70-13 inch tires that will go with the car and all literature will also stay with the car for the next owner. I paid pretty good money for it 5 years ago but dont use it alot and am putting a very fair reserve on it.
