The item up for auction is my oldest son's Bradley GT II completed kit car. It is mounted on a solid repaired 1973 Volkswagen pan. The Certifitate of Title number matches the stamped number on the pan.

This completed car features air conditioning, Karmen Ghia front disc brakes, elimination of the Bradley bumpers (which are included with Bradley backup lights, if you desire or need to reinstall them), and elimination of the rubber seal Bradley used between the top and the body. He has installed a single large wiper arm for the European sports car look (but the other wiper transmission is installed and operating, if 2 wipers are wanted or needed).

It has a stock internally 1600 cc VW dual port engine with a progressive Weber 2 barrel carburetor and an alternator. It has a high pressure oil pump and a larger oil sump for 3.5 qt capacity. It has a tuned dual exhaust from the heat exchangers with 4 tail pipes built into the muffler.

Transmission shifts fine in all gears, and has an EMPI shifter with reverse lockout.

Tires have plenty of tread, are 205-15 front and 225-15 on the rear. These are mounted on all aluminum "mag" wheels, using Chevy bolt pattern wheel adapters. Brakes operate correctly.

All doors and glass open correctly and stay open with the correct gas lifts intended for them. The side and rear windows have had tint applied, but is removable if desired. All the gauges are Bradley gauges & all function correctly except the odometer is stuck at 19,648 miles. The electricly opened headlights operate correctly. Car was painted 9 years ago. It has not been driven in the winter since he bought it.

Has functioning heater and a Pioneer AM-FM radio with the single Bradley speaker. It has a pliable Bradley leatherette material on the seats, as this is a long-time garaged car that hasn't sat outside in the sun to dry out.

The Bradley instruction manual is also included. The original Bradley GT II wheels are availible for extra cost.

A couple of minor negitives are that the air conditioning does have a slow leak & needs recharging (most likely a hose or fitting?). The engine does have the typical VW oil drips, oil consumption is about 1,000 miles per quart. As there was an oil leak that was repaired, but it got into the heat exchanger, it needs to burned out as it sometimes makes a smokey exhaust (the plugs are clean with no oil fouling). One small side vent window is cracked.

My son bought this 10 years ago. He has driven the completed car about 7,000 miles. We went from Minnesota to Delaware to get an air-conditioned car, as they are very rare to find due to it being about a $1000 option when the kits were made! Due to his automotive interests changing he is offering this for sale. If you have any questions I can usually get an answer within a day, but please don't wait until the last minutes to ask them.

Again, this is a completed car with clear Minnesota Certificate of Title in a daily driver condition mechanically! Please don't compare to half-done cars missing hard to find pieces! Located in the Minneapolis, MN area.
