1963 Volkswagen street legal Dune Buggy. I did a complete body off restoration, everything was completely disassembled and repaired or replaced if needed. I am a professional mechanic and have built over a dozen complete Dune buggies, Three over the winter. Here is a list of things that were done on this buggy.
Engine:
- all new engine tin
- new push rod tubes
- complete engine gasket kit installed
- spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, points, condenser
- air cleaner
- fuel filter
- exhaust
- new voltage regulator
- carburetor rebuilt

Chassis:
- all new brakes: shoes, hardware, wheel cylinders, hoses, lines, master cylinder
- new gas tank, sending unit, fuel lines
- new floor pans
- new shocks
- new wheel bearings
- new paint
- new axle seals
- new transmission seal

Body:
- re- gel coated black
- new windshield glass
- new carpet
- new lights
- new wiring, fuse box, switches, and more

This is a super new buggy that runs and looks great, all the fluids have been changed and it is ready to go.It has the gray seats installed now.
