EBAY Description:

You are bidding on a 1966 Perfect Plastics Inc. Boss Bug Dune Buggy. This buggy was originally made in New Kensington, PA by Perfect Plastics Inc. It has the manufactures tag under the hood. I spent two years restoring this car to its present condition. The body was professionally restored and painted with a 2004 Jeep Red with a hint of pearl, while the fiberglass removable hardtop was painted white. The pan was blasted and coated in black. This dune buggy uses a 1600 dual port engine and a factory transaxle that was gone through by Buggy Works. The engine features a 009 distributor, chrome one wire alternator, ceramic coated header, chrome tins, aftermarket oil cooler, Scat valve covers, and a cut down fan shroud. The front end has been rebuilt factory and aftermarket parts. I installed a disc brake conversion for the rear brakes. The tail lights are from a 1940 Ford with blue dot centers. The buggy has Weld style Crager wheels. This buggy runs and drives perfect. This car comes with a clean Indiana title and is street legal.
