Ebay Description:

Dune Buggy Season is here ! If you ever had the intentions to purchase a Manx or a Manx Style Fiberglass Dune Buggy with the simple and reliable Volkswagen Bug drive-train, here is a great opportunity. Whether you intend to take it to the the sand, the snow or Mexico - the fun factor is tremendous and tons of of smiles per mile are guaranteed. This buggy is incredibly solid and in very good condition. The fiberglass body is still in its original orange gel-coat, which even maintained most of it's luster. Unmolested and uncut in its original configuration. The floor-pans are solid and rust-free. It is as simple and basic as it comes, therefore ideal to utilize as a back-up vehicle, tow behind a motorhome or just have as a fun toy. It has the early Kingpin front end, swing axle rear and standard boxer engine-not sure about the size, VW drum brakes all around. Parking brake valve at the tunnel. 8 ball shiftknob, airplane style toggle switches. Period correct Indy Style slotted mag wheels give this buggy the perfect look. It has headlights, taillights, working turn signals and brake lights. 4 brand new tires. New steering wheel. Chrome rollbar, VDO tach in dash. There is a front bumper that goes with it, but currently not installed. It has black vinyl seats front and back. I would recommend for future use to install bucket seats with more side-support, but these will work for now. Titled as a 1952 Special Construct Dune Buggy, there will be no worries about emissions testing. The mileage on the odometer reads 32889 mls.
